When we first met Vidur, what struck us wasn't just the food - it was the clarity of vision. FES isn't building another cafe; it's building a third space for GenZs. We led our investment in November 2024 because we believe this is the team, and this is the moment, to define the next winning formula in Indian cafe market. 1. Customer Obsession: Regular cafe activations, monthly dessert launches, and mini raves keep the customers close and engaged. 2. Built around dessert, not coffee: While the rest of the category remains coffee-first, FES built its identity around premium, high-quality desserts and community. 3. Traction: Business compounds when great numbers earn longevity. FES excels on the metrics that matter most - sales per square foot, cafe payback period, and customer repeat rate.
