We joined Biryani Bees as advisors in 2025, and what a ride it has been.
Nitin started Biryani Bees with a belief that sounds simple but is surprisingly hard to execute - tasty, hygienic biryani, consistently, every single day. No compromise. Just great food that people could count on.
Result: the largest market share in Prayagraj on Zomato, built on a 4.5+ rating and a loyal base that keeps coming back.
The vision Nitin brought to us was bigger than one city. He wanted Biryani Bees to become the go-to lunch brand for urban and sub-urban India. A brand that felt familiar, trustworthy, and entirely everyday.
We helped bring that vision to life with a new brand identity and a tagline that said it all "Har Din Biryani". Not biryani for occasions. Biryani for Tuesdays. For office lunch. For the days you don't want to think about what to eat. A brand built around the rhythm of daily life.
We made sure Nitin's core belief was visible and consistent across every Biryani Bees outlet in India. From the look and feel of the space to the way the brand shows up for its customers every day.
